Service Description

In five phone/video sessions (1 hr goal-setting and 4 half hour weekly followups) I help college students learn tools to manage stress and negative beliefs, and then we create a plan that you can use in your daily life.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations, re-scheduling, and bookings of new appointments must be made at least 24 hours before your chosen start time. You can sign up for a new coaching plan no more than 2 weeks before you choose to begin the program.
